We first met Annie at River Cottage many years ago, even before Joel and Andy started their pop ups at The Monmouth Table. Her cooking is simple, bold and focused around local ingredients and seafood rooted in what’s good now. This one is a long time coming and we couldn’t be more excited to have Annie in the kitchen with us.
