We’re thrilled to be welcoming Rosie from Tamarisk Farm to Soulshine for a supper club on October 2nd. Tamarisk was one of the very first farms in the UK to go organic, and it’s still run with the same care for soil, seasonality and flavour today. Rosie grows beautiful vegetables in her market garden, and we can’t wait to celebrate them around the table.

On the night, Andy will be cooking up five courses of delicious seasonal veg, all fresh from Tamarisk Farm. Expect a colourful feast full of flavour, rooted in the best of what’s growing right now.

It’s set to be a night of good food, good friends and good vibes – the perfect way to celebrate the harvest together.
